Yes, we offer high-quality prescription lenses including single-vision, progressive, and blue-light blocking options. Simply upload your prescription at checkout or email it to our support team.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to custom-craft your lenses to your exact specifications.
Are GentsEyewear products covered by a warranty?
Every pair of glasses comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or lens scratches from daily wear.
How should I clean and maintain my glasses?
We recommend using the microfiber cloth and cleaning spray included with your order. Avoid using paper towels or clothing, as these can create micro-scratches on the lens coating.
