Returns & Exchanges

At GentsEyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Place your eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, back into the protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
